The definition of a "Member" is anyone who is a current member of either The Scottish Beekeepers Association or Ayr & District Beekeepers Association.

(Proof of membership may be required/requested)

To attend a workshop you must also have a valid Convention Ticket for admission to the convention on the day of the workshop.

Workshops are considered an additional event and require a ticket for admission to both the convention and the workshop.

(All tickets will be checked on entry)

(Workshop tickets can still be purchased after 31st August if you have already purchased an entry ticket, if you have not purchased an entry ticket you will not be ableto enter the convention)

Ayr Centenary Dinner Pricing

The evening meal will be held at The Fairfield House Hotel on Saturday 9th September. 

Tickets for the evening meal will cost £28 and includes a full three course meal and teas and coffee's afterwords. The cost does not include drinks. 

Guests should arrive at the Fairfield Hotel for 7pm for check-in as the meal will be served at 7:30pm. 

Guests will be issued with a place card with their name and what they have ordered to eat.

You do not have to attend the convention to attend the evening meal. Tickets are available until 31st August.
